A Pop up Dinner Series featuring Matty Colston and the Aster Team: 

Gilda is a celebration of the spirit of the Basque Country in Northern Spain and Southern France. The region’s ‘what grows with it, goes with it’ (MC) nature offers countless opportunities to discover how food, beverage and the culture together, can be truly harmonious. Drinks such as Txakoli (effervescent white wine), Cider, Vermouth, Sherry, and Spanish style Gin & Tonics will be featured along tasty bites including marinated olives, spanish tortilla, tin fish, cheese, and cured ham.
